cocktails with Blackcurrant gin
With its mellow nature and its palette of northern summer flavours, Cross Keys Gin is as enjoyable straight as it is with tonic water.
dry it up
Chill a cocktail glass and a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice, pour all cocktail ingredients into the glass, stir gently, and pour the drink from the mixing glass into the cocktail serving glass. Add a lime twist for the final touch.
purple sour
Cool a serving glass. Pour gin, liqueur, lime juice and egg white into a shaker, add two ice cubes, and shake well. Pour the cocktail from the shaker into the glass, add a slice of lime and enjoy.
marmalade
Chill your cocktail glass. Pour Cross Keys Gin Black Currant, Riga Black Balsam Currant, vermouth, tonic into a serving glass and stir gently, after top up with cranberry foam.
Gin tea
Cool a serving glass. Pour gin, sugar syrup, lime juice and green tea into a shaker and shake well. Using the fine strainer pour the cocktail from the shaker into the glass, add a slice of lime and black currant berries and enjoy.
purple G&t
Pour Cross Keys Gin Black Currant into a glass filled with ice, add tonic water and stir with a bar spoon. Add frozen black currant berries.
